Fellowships

We invest in the training and development of young people into the leaders of tomorrow. We know young people are interested in being leaders, but we also know that not everyone is willing to share their knowledge or “insider secrets” with young people. We offer paid fellowships to young people annually so they can learn valuable organizing skills and theory to prepare them not only to lead movements, but also to succeed in whatever career they choose.

Our Staff

We invest in young people through our permanent positions, too. Our entire staff is young people, from our organizers to our senior staffers. We provide funding for professional development, put young people in leadership positions, and work to support people in ways that are meaningful to them and their career paths.
